Connected, but no internet? Is there an outage? Tried to chat can't find it?

I have no internet, how do i chat? Need a network status update,. I need help!

Unplugged modem for 2 minutes and still says connected but not internet

Can you check the led status?
If on of the arrow light is flashing, it means that you have a problem with the signal.

1- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/my-wi-fi-network-cutting-how-do-i-...
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

@Vicki,
This is a couple of day, around 3 PM, I'll loose my internet connection, I already talked to customer service, and they told me there was a problem in my sector, you have to chat with support rep to get an answer, they will connect to your modem and they will tell you.
