how do I fix my Downstream light not turning on?

My downstream light is not turning on. I signed up, got the modem delivered and have had great internet for the past 2 days and now everything cut out like there is no more signal from Videotron/Cable ISP. Tried a reboot and a factory reset and still nothing.

Contact the support, since the light off means that the modem does not looking for the sync
Therefore can be a signal problem from your coaxiale cable
