How can I recover my wifi password if my connection is down?

My connection is down I want to access the application to repair it but I forgot my wifi password.

You need to do a factory reset
Using a small, sharp object, press the modem’s reset button for 10 seconds.
Once your modem has restarted, follow the same instructions you used when you initially installed it.6 -

Have you solved your problem about your internet connection.
To reset your modem:
Insert a needle 35, 40 seconds into the reset button back in the center of the modem.
Wait 3,4 minutes until you see all the lights of the modem coming back.
You will see on the screen of your computer: Easy connect.
Types twice the factory password located back of your modem.
And
Your internet connection is supposed to work again normally.4 -
In the future you can save your password in the application so you won't need to reboot the modem.1

Factory reset using a pin in the small hole on the side of the router! That will reset your internet connection to the login info located on the router1
