Referral codes - When does the $35 credit get applied?

So I used a referral when I signed up to Fizz, and I'm just a little bit confused as to when I can use it. Is it after I've paid the second month or can I use it for my second monthly payment?

the code is applied after the second billing cycle from the activation of the new customer account.

It will be applied in your third payment
Since it will be activated on your second payment
