The cable in the backyard was cut off by accident. I need help to connect them together.

I think you must contact customer service chat.

There are repair kits to splice the coaxial cables in any hardware store and many tutorial tutorials on YouTube.
But if the task is poorly done, the speed and quality of the internet can deteriorate.
It could be a temporary solution until the technician fixes the fault definitively6 -
