Unable to change home internet plan?

I am trying to change my home internet plan but every time it says “unable to make change until the 05.01.2020” but we are past that date? Fizz isn’t much help....

Can you try to change your browser or clear the cache?
The block is suppose to be only 48h before the renewal

If it doesn't work, here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

1) Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2) Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/i-would-like-to-change-my-fizz-hom...
3) The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

did you check the end date of your billing cycle?

any modification to your internet package must be completed 48 hours before the end of your payment cycle.

During these 48 hours, there is a system freeze and no changes can be made.

You will therefore have to wait for the next payment cycle.
