Will the technician install Coax outlet/cable at this time considering Covid-19?

I can't find any coax cable or outlet in my apartment even though it says it is available in my area. Can the technician come inside the apartment to install the outlet during Covid-19?

    They are supposed to be able to install a coaxial câble to your place.

    My Son had someone come and install a new outlet in his brand new apartment 2 weeks ago. The technician came inside, was very professional, everyone maintained their distance, following the Covid-19 guidelines. It did not take long and he was gone. When scheduling the appointment, he made sure to mention that there were no cables and it had to be a new install. The technician came prepared for everything.
