Chat bubble doesn't show, can't send MMS, sent settings a few times, wrote'em manually, counter bits up every MMS, help?

Tried everything... what else can I do? Internet works, data is active. Please help

Try to contact the support

to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

What type of phone do you have?
Check again the APN, in the specific the APN Type

APN type: default,mms,supl.

You can also try to reboot the phone sometime this helps

Did more tests, my MMS is received fine by other Fizz user, not to other networks. What's going on?
