I cancel my plan today (9 May), but my plan cycle date is on 3rd each month. So should I pay the bill for the days from 3rd May to 9th May? Thank you.

Yes since it is prepaid, you already paid for it the may 2nd

You pay once every month for the next month. With the mobile service there is no refund for unused days due to cancellation.
