How to change my voice mail to english?

Need to change my voicemail from French to english, i tried the following:
First go to your voicemail by pressing 1 on your phone app or dial 1-514-647-0999.
Then enter your PIN number and #.
Press 4 for the option of your voicemail.
Press 3 for language option.
Then select 1 if you want to choose English language.
NOT SUCCESS, when enter my voicemail directly start listening to messages there is no option to select 4 then 3 then 1.
