Why can't I add my credit card?

I am trying to open an account with Fizz but I cannot add my credit card. I needed to change my address to match that of my credit card statement - and I made sure that it is the same numerous times. I have never had a problem with any other online purchase/account etc. so I don't know why I am having this issue with Fizz
The biggest difference between my credit card billing address and actual address is the town they use. My credit card billing address uses "Ottawa" but my actual address states a suburb of Ottawa. I have made sure that everything matches, including the case, the street identifier (crescent vs cres.) but still nothing.

Has anyone else had a similar issue?

This how to add a credit card correcfully.

First you need to add a new credit card to your profile: My profile -> Payment methods -> Add a new payment method.
Then you need to modify the credit card associated with your plan. Go to My plans, choose the plan for which you want to modify the payment method, then click on Manage plan -> Payment method. Then choose the new card. Afterwards you can go to your profile and delete the old card.

If your credit card Billing address reads Ottawa, Use Ottawa, and Make sure your Postal Code is Right ( that is how it gets to you) .. I live in "Ottawa" but it also know as Gloucester... It's the Postal Code that matters in Ottawa , and the greater Ottawa area... It has everything to do with the amalgamation of Ottawa, and there about to do it again with more suburbs this year I hear.
Just make sure there is no Identical Address in Ottawa (there shouldn't be) Use google maps with Ottawa and I bet you'll be looking at your house, or at least the next store neighbours.

Thanks all for responded. I ended up having to contact the support team once again and they directed the issue to their technical team. The solution was that my payment wasn't being accepted for unknown reasons on their end, and I assume they changed something in their system since it works now.
