Fizz app can't connect to modem

On top of kudos points not showing up and unavailable chat support who can't fix it when they are available, the fizz app now can't connect to the modem anymore, even after trying everything suggested in other posts...

    Did you already try the factory reset and to clean the app cache?

    You can always use the browser
