Calling in Canada and calls not dialing out?

When i dial to Ontario or Canada my calls are not going through? It just hangs up.

Hi David,

I would try changing the your network manually from FIZZ to FIZZ-EXT or another FIZZ network in the list. I have noticed that when I am unable to make a call I will switch to another network and it works fine.

Android instructions:

  • Go into settings
  • Choose mobile networks
  • Network operators
  • Choose a network manually

Iphone instructions:

  • Go into settings
  • Select Cellular
  • Network Selection
  • Turn automatic off and select the desired network
