Port out protection?

I know this question was asked about four months ago and the answer was that the feature was not available at the point. Is there any update four month later?

No news for the moment, hopefully they will implement a protection

Hi Blackpo,
For "You asked your question to the support ?": I really have no idea how to contact "support". The Contact page indicates that there is an online chat function during office time. But I never saw the chat icon anywhere in Fizz web site any time.

To talk to the support just click on this link and wait for the bubble chat. It will appear down right corner of the page after about 5 seconds. The are available from 8h am to 9 pm.

They are very easy to joint when you know how. In less than 30 seconds most of the time.

I advise you in chatted with fizz via the chat bubble or via messenger from their Facebook page. They respond fairly quickly.

In order to port out from Fizz one would need your account number.
So (while waiting for this eventual feature)

  • protect your account number.
  • protect your login ( have a complexed and long password )
