Calls keep dropping

When I try to call back to the same number, I get "Your call cannot be completed at this time. Please try again later.". I've already restarted by phone, and the issue still persists. What's going on?

This is getting really frustrating, as it frequently drops while I'm on hold for 30mins or more for another business' Customer Service line. (It once dropped while I had finally gotten through to speak to one of their reps as well)

Hi Celina,

From my experience often cell phones calls are generally dropped after somewhere close to 2 h length.

If I were you I would contact customer support to have them look at your problem, since 39 minutes is not normal and rather frustrating.

Here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

1) Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2) Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
3) The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
