Can I put my internet plan on hold for the next 2 months because if Covid-19? I won't be needing wifi in my apartment during this time.

Sorry but you cannot

You can reduce the plan
or unsubscribe but if you unsubscribe you are supposed to return the modem.

Please contact the support, to see if the can do something for you in this situation

Try with this instructions, I tried now and I was able to have the chat bubble.

If the chat bubble does not appear, this means that the number of sessions waiting for our answers surpasses our processing capacity. If that happens, send us a private message via Facebook Messenger or Twitter.

The only way is to cancel the service and reordering it again when you need it.
