Why was I billed 2 days before bill was due?

My bill is due on the 9th over every month but I recieved a payment failed notice on the 7th and told my services would be cut the next day

    Is it the first time this is happening? In theory your billing should indeed be on the same date every month.
    "Your plan is renewed at noon the day before the anniversary date of your payment cycle. If your next cycle starts May 5, payment for that cycle will be taken on May 4 at noon."
    If you think there is still a problem, contact the customer service, they will be able to help you :)

    Normally, the payment of your montly plan is taken at noon the day before the day of your billing cycle.
    Please, check with the Fizz support by chat from 8h00 to 21h00 each day.
