Modem Y U No Connecting To Internet?

Troubleshooted and rebooted my modem several times, yet it fails to connect to the internet. The cable is well connected.
Last log from the modem has a critical priority saying "Received Response to Broadcast Maintenance Request, But no Unicast Maintenance opportunities received - T4 time out"

    You can also fill a contact form from your account Once logged in, from the account panel go to My Profile → Contact Form (the subject are limited) and fill out the form and someone will email you back.

    Have you try to reset your modem?
    The reset button is located back in the center of the modem.
    Insert into this button a needle 35,40 seconds and released it.
    Wait 3,4 minutes to see all the lights of the modem coming back.
    You are supposed to see on the screen of youy computer : Easy connect
    Just types twice your password.
    I hope it will help.
    If not,
    Contact the fizz support by chat tomorrow morning from 8h00 to 21h00.
    First, connect you to your Fizz account.
    Then, types this adress:
    https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
    Wait a few seconds until you see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
    When you see it, click on it.
    Your chat session with Fizz begins.

    Fizz customer service should be able to help you if the reset didn't solve the problem.

    Should be able to get assistance from the customer service. Otherwise, a reset of the modem may fix your issue. Good luck!
