I’m not quite sure I understand what you mean by that, but I’ll try to help either way.

If you’re talking about how to add a payment method here’s how you should proceed:

(The update must take place 24 hours before the start of your plan’s next payment cycle to ensure your account is updated in time for your next payment. You must add a new credit card before removing the one currently associated to your account.)

•In your Fizz account, go to My Profile
•Click on Payment methods.
•Click on Add a new payment method to add your new payment method.
•Then, select the payment method you no longer want to use, and click on Delete.
•Now make your way to My plans.
•For each of your plans (if more then one), click on Manage plan/Payment method, and associate your new payment method.

Fizz is a pre-paid service.
All the plans are paid by a valid credit card at the beginning day of your billing date.
The only credit cards accepted by Fizz are
Visa, Mastercard and Visa-Debit (from canadian banks).8 -

If you are already signed-up for a plan, then your credit card is registered on your account.
On your renewal date (it's the same day every month), your credit card will be charged automatically. Fizz is prepaid, so the service continues for the month once Fizz has charged your cc.8 -
