Can i pause my plan due to covid-19?

As I cannot exit my house for the next month, I won't need my phone and will not use it. I don't even think I used it at all this month. I would love to be able to pause my plan as I wouldn't want to cancel my fuzz number. As this is not at all in my control I feel that fizz should accomodate this. I am already at the lowest plan as money is tight. Those 10 bucks a month actually matter a lot right now.

At the moment is not possible
You can change your plan or cancel it
But you will loose your price
If you cancel the plan, remember that the number will be garantie for 60 days8 -

You can cancel it but you will loose the price you pay for this plan.
If you cancel your plan and you want to keep the same phone number you need to reactivate it before 60 days (the day of the cancellation).5 -
