I just signed up and paid the extra VIP home connection service, but will they come now as we are in a crisis?

Hello Arie,
FIZZ has not reported any suspension(s) of services during this pandemic.
So, in theory your modem should be delivered promptly. FIZZ technicians/partners are also adopting the prescribed hygiene measures, and limit any physical contact with you when delivering Fizz SIM cards and Wi-FI modems.

There may be additional security procedures in place to ensure the technician feels safe but I haven't heard of them not coming. Also heard their parent company is offering super quick service for employees of essential services who must work from home that don't currently have internet.
