If I change for less data, will I lose the data that I have accumulated ?

I'm thinking to change my plan, for a less data. I want to know if I do so, will I lose the data accumulated ? Thank you for your answer. Cristina

Hello Cristina,

I have checked your account and you can change your plan to a lower data one, however, keep in mind that any changes you do will take effect at the start of your new payment cycle and you will be able to use the data you've accumulated for 2 payment cycles then you will have the new data you've added into your plan. Keep in mind that no changes can be done when you enter your last 48 hours of your current payment cycle.

Hi Cristina,

If you change your plan, the change will be effective at your next renewal. The new price and plan will apply starting with that renewal. The plan change does not affect your on-going rollover data or gifted data in any way.
