Internet is not working, always get cut off,restarted many times, have to work from Home due to Covid 19?

Internet cuts off all the Time and then it's connected but no internet. WiFi is not working also to use Ethernet Cable.I have to work from Home and I need proper Internet.

Did you already try to do a factory reset?

If you want to re-enable the Wi-Fi capability of your Fizz Wi-Fi modem, you'll need to reset it to its factory settings by holding down the reset button on the back of the device for ten (10) seconds.

Also try to

Disable Band Steering in Wireless -> Basic Settings -> 5G
Disable ATF in Wireless -> ATF -> 2.4G and 5G
Manually set the WiFi channels to the less crowded ones (see the answers in the other threads you made)


if this does not help try to contact the support

Try with this instructions, I tried now and I was able to have the chat bubble.
