i lost my phone and just purchased a new one. i want to keep the old phone number but don't have its SIM card

You need to buy a new SIM card, old number and the contract number therefore you do not need to have the old SIM.
Replace your phone and reactivate your suspended plan
To reactivate your Fizz plan:
- Order a new SIM card. Log into your account to order a new SIM card (Overview > Get started > Mobile > Order a new SIm card). A new SIM card will be delivered in the following days, depending on the chosen delivery method.
- Acquire a new phone.
- Unblock your plan by sending us a form Report that you found your phone/sim
- Reactivate your Fizz plan on your new SIM card. When you have your new phone and SIM card, it’s time to reactivate your suspended plan on your new SIM card. This process will cancel your old SIM card. To change your SIM card contact support.

Hi Trang,
I’m presuming that you’re already with FIZZ.
If not, my answer should still cover you as it’s basically the same thing.
First off, make sur your new phone is unlocked.
Then, you are going to want to order another SIM card from Fizz.
Once your SIM arrives by the mail, you’re going to follow the steps to activate it.
When doing so, like I did, you should have an option to transfer an old phone number. Note that you will need to have kept your other line activated before hand if you wanted to transfer your number.3 -
