Why is my service Not working even when my bill payments have been met?

I paid my bill and I’ve received an email confirmation and my account updated me that the payment went through. It also said that my services would be reinstated. However I can’t send texts or make calls.

Restarting my phone did not work.

They say that " Once your payment has been received and confirmed by Fizz (please allow a delay of up to two hours), your plan will be reactivated. "

Excuse me Brandon for the false suggestion I made before, it could take up to two hours for your plan to be reactivate. After 2 hours restart your phone again.
