Cant change plan despite being a day before renewal

So... I get an error messsage if I try to change my plan. Even though I'm a day before its renewal. Help ? I mean , should we be able to make as many changes to the next plan as possible before it actually transitions to the upcoming month ? This is the message I get :
No change can be made before 03.16.2020. Please come back after this date to try again.

Sorry to let you know that the plan must change at least 48h before the of payment cycle, this is the rule

Unfortunately, as already explained, it is too late, you need to initiate any changes to your plan at least 48 hours before end of your payment cycle. Best luck next time ;-)

To be effective, the change of your mobile plan must be made at least 48 hours before the end of your billing cycle. The billing system of Fizz require this delay.
