what the point of paying for 120 mb when i test the internet speed with and without cable it the same speed maximum of 50 mb so you are actually lying and charging me the price of 120 mb but in real i get the 60 mb speed

    Have you tried to do a reset of your modem?
    It can help.
    Put in a needle 35,40 seconds into the center of the back of the modem (reset button) and release it after.
    Wait 3,4 minutes. to the return of all lights of the modem;
    until you see: Easy connect page on your computer.

    If this doesnt help to get a better speed.
