Update payment

They are asking me to update payment Method because the payment failed but I just needed to pay my credit card... will they try to reprocess the payment automatically? I tried to delete the payment and re enter it again but they don’t let me

Hello Marc,

You can update your payment method by following the steps from the FAQ https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-update-my-payment-method-... , once you update it and set by default the new credit card for your current plan you will have the button to make the payment manually, although, the system will try again to process your payment at the end of the day.

you may be able to re-enter the same credit card and the delete the first one?
