You cannot get a refund for the second sim or return it .
Propose your second sim card to a friend or a relative.
And you can give your Fizz referral code to benefit both the a credit of 25$.5 -

You could try selling it on Facebook. Or keep it for a gift exchange!!!

If they refuse to reimburse you, you can try selling it on kijiji with your referral code. In this case you can have your 10$ back and also get the referral bonus 25$.1 -
