Contact the support for this situation, usualy they say to buy another one and when you received it then ask for a refund for the first one.

You should be able to order a new SIM and after you activate your plan on the new SIM, contact Fizz Support and they should credit you the stolen SIM

Fizz "support" can handle this just fine. Just go to My Profile and fill a complain, or chat and find someone , report this issue. Fizz will agree you to re-order new one and ship to other address, and refund you payment after it's delivered.

Hong,
Please, contact the support from Fizz by chat.
This service is available from 8h00 to 21h00, each day.
Ask to Fizz to get a new sim card and try to choose a different adress of delivery more safe than the first one and ask for a refund from your first sim card who has been stolen to your place.
The adress for the chat is:
https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues
Wait a few seconds to see the green bubble chat down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
Your chat session will beging with Fizz.

Like the other said... customer service will be able to help you, but you could also contact your credit card company to have the payment cancelled
