Hi Christian, 

 

The 25$ unlock after the person you've referred made their second payment. Then the credit will be applied to your next bill.

When will my friend and I receive our referral bonuses?
 
When your friend subscribes to Fizz using your referral code, both of your referral bonuses will be pending until your invited friend becomes a paying member.

 

When your friend completes their second monthly payment, they will receive their referral bonus. From there, your own referral bonus will be applied on your next payment. 

If you have multiple plans, your referral bonuses will be applied on the payment for your default main plan (the oldest plan in your account).
You can change your settings under your profile to choose another plan. Once that change is done, any future referral bonus will be assigned to that other chosen plan.

I have not had any referrals unlock since they made some changes to the way the referrals are displayed. I think they've introduced a new bug into the system.

All valid referrals are displayed in My profile -> Referral bonuses. They will remain in pending status until the referred person makes their second payment.
If you don't see it there and you're sure the person entered the correct referral code, contact the support by chat or Facebook messenger.

Did you get a text message saying that you refered a person ?
Usually there is text message for that! otherwise the person didnt put your code.

as mentioned, its after 2nd billing cycle. if youre having issues, i highly reccomend speaking with support on facebook. they are super quick. good luck
