Referral bonuses still show "Pending" - 3 payments into the service already

My referral bonuses page show 25$ (joining bonus from referral) and 35$ for a referral that I made - a total of 60$ but its not been applied so far. It continues to show Pending - why is that?

Try to contact the support, more we are to do so, and probably they will fix it

 

 

To contact the support you need to go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us, Fizz push you to find your solution, therefore, you need to search in the solution hub to your solution and only after 10 seconds that you are in a solution page Fizz will give you the chat bubble.

I believe this is a recurring problem with Fizz's scripts for calculating points and bonus'

I have no problem with this. My last two payments were at 0$ because they used my referral credit. I still have some to come, I hope they will be applied also. I’m sorry for the ones it’s not working, I hope the problem will be resolved soon!

I think it's a problem for many people.
I've experiencing the same problem.
Try to get help and contact the Fizz support by chat(from 8h00 to 21h00, each day).

Hi Jothi,
I have approximately the same problem, I see in my account pending, but when check payment history, the discount is already applied.
In my case I did not call the customer service, I was OK for me.
You can check with the customer by chat
