Yes, it all starts with ordering of a Fizz SIM card. Once you receive your Fizz SIM card, you purchase a plan with the options you want. During this process, you will be asked if you wish to transfer an existing mobile phone number to your new Fizz mobile account, if you wish to select among a list of available numbers or if you want to seach available numbers for certain numbers (only last 4 numbers are searchable).

Yes you need to order it.
Then you just need the invoice number of your current provider and everything is done automatically (you just need to physically switch the sim card when it`s done).
They say it takes 2 hours, I did it recently it takes a few minutes, it`s really easy.
