why my sim cannot register on Fiiz network even after 22 hours?

it has been 22 hours and the "sim cannot register on this network". Activation code has been assigned to another user. I my self entered it and there is no way to reset this whole process. i want to know how many other people had the same experience.
Also Sim can see Fizz network in "mobile network operators" but it is not being activated. Are they waiting for the credit card payment to go through. that is so ooooo cheap.
