No service 2020-02-07?

I have absolutely no service/ability to text. It doesn’t even say ‘Fizz’ in the top left hand corner. Is anyone else having this issue?

    I am in lte right now

    Try to reboot the phone

    Check if you have the network operator  settled to automatic 

    Try the sim in a different phone

    To contact the support you need to go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us, Fizz push you to find your solution, therefore, you need to search in the solution hub to your solution and only after 10 seconds that you are in a solution page Fizz will give you the chat bubble.

    Look like a APN configuration problem.
