I can't change my credit card ?

Ok so i can't change my credit card for some reason i have a message that tells me i have to put another card before deleting one, but i also get a message that i reached the maximum amount of credit cards on an account (i only have one card) so i can't update my payment method and my phone is frozen right now.

Glad to see that the issue seems to be sorted out. Payment issues can be concerning since a failure will result in services being suspended, and taking time to restore them.

It would be good to know what the "maximum number of credit cards" refers to, so that problems can be avoided.

Easier way, my profile - contact us. - submit complain -- " please remove the maximum credit card restrictions"

Wait responses and do again to add CC. That's it.

You can, but will need to reset the amount of credit cards. Customer service can do this for you.
