Will Fizz offer other routers eventually?

The current Hitron router gives me fairly poor range at 5ghz, not reaching the other end of my small 2 bedroom apartment. Is there any indication that Fizz will offer other routers one day?

    At the moment it doesn't look like fizz will replace their modem but you can always get a renage extender they sell it all over this will extend the range of your router

    Eventually... yes! But how long do you want to wait? ;)

    Are you sure it's the range and not interference or configuration issues? The technicians felt that the WiFi is pretty good on this unit.

    In any case the best option is to use your own devices. You could get a better router, a wireless access point, or worst case, a range extender. But note that range extenders will cut your usable throughput in half, since they have to to receive and retransmit, unless they use two different bands simultaneously.
