Anybody able to use data in US, especially in FL?

So I have Canada/US coverage.
I was in FL and could not use my data. Anybody else have issues using Data in the US?
I contacted tech support and they said a tech fixed the problem but I was never able to use it while i was there

Yes, you can use data in the US without incurring any additional cost on the Canada+USA coverage plan.
However,
Fizz doesn't have infrastructure in US or even in certain provinces in Canada.
You need to turn your phone roaming on to use Fizz partner infrastructure where Fizz does not have infrastructure.15 -

To use your data outside the network of Fizz, (province of Quebec) you need to activate roaming on your phone.
You'll be able to use your phone in thoses Fizz's partners zone.

Your coverage area is where you can use your Fizz plan without paying roaming fees.
When you subscribed and created your plan, you chose your coverage area: Quebec, Canada or USA + Canada.
If you roam outside your coverage area, you can use your Fizz plan on our partner networks.
Log into your account any time to change your coverage area: How to change your plan.
If you selected the Quebec coverage in your plan, consider buying a Travel Add-on or an International call Add-on to make your calls to Canada or the United States."
So, if you are outside coverage area plan, buy add-ons14 -

You need either buy USA add-on, or you need USA coverage, or put some money in wallet as pay as you go. Do you have it?9

If it doesn't work, try to toggle airplane mode. Turn it on and turn on. It will force looking new signal each time.8

I was in Hollywood beginning of January, and it was working well with canada/USA plan. nothing to do and it worked flawlessly.6

I am using Fizz in Florida( Boynton Beach) since December 8 and i am very satisfied , i don't have any problem with calls and sms to U.S.A and Canada and DATA . They are using ATT network and its perfect. What i do think about your problem,it's just about the settings for U.S or the compatibilty of your phone!?? Goog luck for the next time. P.S I was expecting they are using Tmobile and to me that was ok because i was using Tmobile for years and i found out that ATT is the best rank network in Florida just little better than Verizon who is the best nationaly.6
