Did not receive my SIM card and the courrier says they put it on my door. Can you please help me get another SIM card?

I was supposed to receive the SIM card a week ago. I called the courier and they told me they stuck it on my door but I never got it and I live in a very safe building. They told me to contact fizz. How can I get another one? Thanks!

You can also fill a contact form from your account Once logged in, from the account panel go to My Profile → Contact Form (the subject are limited) and fill out the form and someone will email you back.

You need to communicate with the Fizz customer service.
Your sim card is maybe lost. to get help;
Please contact the support from Fizz by chat online (from 8h00 to 21h00, each day).

First, open a session online and access to your fizz account.
Then, type this adress:
Wait a few seconds until you see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
Your chat session with Fizz begins.

When I received mine, the courrier actually got Canada Post to deliver it, which they did. They put it in my mailbox (Canada Post community red boxes).

Maybe for your replacement card, you could specify that they need a signature or something like that to make sure you get it.
