How to I activate an upgrade? Perks cannot be activated or gifted.

QUESTIONS
1) I can see I have 2 upgrades of 250M data, but I have no clue how to activate them, and cannot find any information about how to activate it.
2) I have also 2 perks (1G and 1 500M of data). In the past I was able to activate one, but that doesn't work anymore. I got an error message indicating something like "Sorry to apply this perks you need to have an account which you doesn't seem to have".. Really weird, and of course when that happen I'm logged into my account.
3) I've searched a total of easy 30 min. looking for the chat bubble where I can chat with someone from Fizz, I could not find it at all. I thought it was because i was on my mobile, but now on my desktop, and cannot find it either, it is even possible to get in contact with Fizz ???

To apply the upgrade you need

    1. Log into your account, and go to Overview.
    2. In the left column, click on the summary that shows your My Rewards level. You can also scroll down below your usage summary to My Rewards and click on See details.
    3. Open the tab in the lower right-hand corner.
    4. Select the upgrade and click on Apply.
    5. At that moment, you’ll see the white boxes below your plan start to move. Those are the slots where your upgrade can be applied.
      • The slots with a + sign are ready to welcome your upgrade.
      • If you select a slot where there’s already another upgrade, we’ll ask you to confirm the swap. If you accept, the new upgrade will be applied to your plan come your next payment cycle.
      • Some slots are locked and cannot welcome an upgrade yet. You’ll unlock these slots when you reach higher My Rewards levels
    6. Select the slot by clicking on it.
    7. Your upgrade will be activated on your plan at the start of your next payment cycle.

In your account home page, scroll down to see the "My Rewards Program"

 

and click "see details", then you can see all the slots you have unlocked to apply your upgrades, just click them and choose your upgrades.

 

For perks, scroll down to find them and simply click them to use or gift as you like.

I think your best option is to chat with wizz services.
due to your error message.

some times its take many time; like 1hour to get answer from chat services.
but more often some minutes.

Normally, it works well.
Log into your account
Click : Overview
Go down until you see Perks
Click:
see the details
If you have one slot open or two, select the slot you want apply the perks that you want.
After: save
This perk will be active the next billing cycle.

I don't see any slot in the Upgrade, is that normal ?

Ok I'm trying to contact the support, but believe me i don't see any bubble where to start chatting, i looked everywhere once i reach the Solution Hub, its not in the right hand corner.. i don't see it, like the slots in the upgrade probably lool
