Referral Bonuses not used on my bills. Why?

Hi.
I have invited some friends to Fizz and got some referral bonuses.
I have received all of them so I'm supposed to get discount on my bill, but Fizz keeps me charging full amount.
I wonder how to solve this problem. I sent a message to Fizz and they say that they created a ticket, but it's been ten days since I haven't got news from them...

You will see the discount after their second payment
Therefore, if your friend second payment is the 15th of jan, and your payment was due the 14th of jan, you will see the discount on the transaction of the 15th of feb

When you have a new referral, you receive a text, email and notification to tell you someone used your referral code. Then in 3 months you will receive your credit.
The new member needs to stay with Fizz 3 months so that both of you can benefit of the credit.
You did not mention how long it is been since your friends activation so if it's been more than 3-4 months you should follow up on the ticket Fizz created for you. It can be a while sometimes.

you will receive two notifications in your online profile. The first one is to tell you that your invitation was accepted. The second will tell you that you earned a referral bonus. Once you receive this second notification, you will receive the credit on your next bill.

When you are advised to get a credit about referral code by email and by sms of Fizz.

You can see it when you are connected into your account online.
Click: my profile
After, choose to click: Referral code
You will see the referral code you have and the status of them.
The person who have taken your referral code must pay 2 months of her plan and you will receive the credit after this second payment made by this user.
It's not automatic when the referral code is used.

To have the credit the referee needs to have paid 2 full months. After that, both of you will receive the credit

It should be a billing problem. Keep contacting them. Tickets do nothing. Try contacting them via chat again.

I know that poeple that I reffered to need to start their 3rd month. The problem is that after receiving the bonus on their 3 month, the bonus that I got and are now valides are not used to pay my bills.
