referral does not show up?

I recently had a new referral I received at text and an email but it does not show up in my referral list in my account
did any one have this issue before or do you think its a bug in the system

Did you have in your "My notifications"?
Try to logout and login or change browser
If you are received the email you should be ok

For me is working the list, did you change the year in 2020?

Connect you to your fizz account.
If you dont see it,
Clean your cache and change of browser
Open again a new session into your account.
Click: My profile
choose to click: Referral code
You will see the status of each referral code you have .
PS. The referral code is credited after the second payment of the new plan.

I had to click on 2019, then 2020 to see all my referrals in my profile.
The arrow going up or down.

I had the same issue.
I received a 35$ referal bonus but I do not see it in my account
I will use Messenger to ask why
I suggest you do the same. we should share our follow-up on this issue

When you have a new referral, you receive a text, email and notification to tell you someone used your referral code. Then in 3 months you will receive your credit.
The new member needs to stay with Fizz 3 months so that both of you can benefit of the credit.

You won't be notified until their service starts.

 

For example, if you friend signed up for home internet today but the installation date is set for February 1st, you won't receive the notification until February 1st after the technician leaves and their service is live.
