Hi I want to change my payment method and it’s not possible. I have my MasterCard and my visa that are saved but I want to delete the MasterCard one and don’t work why?

    In order to be able to delete it, you should associate the VISA credit card to all your plan and only after that you can remove the MasterCard

    Is your mastercard the default payment right now? If so, change the default payment to your Visa. Then you can delete the mastercard. If that doesn't work, then contact Fizz.

    If you have a credit card tied to a service you won't be able to remove it. First change the default card to the service, then you can remove your old credit card.
