home internet activation still pending?

The tech came and installed the modem this morning. Tested the network and connected our phones and everything was fine. About 2 hours later, it seems our network is offline. I checked the FIZZ account and it says "Activation is pending'. What does this mean? How long does it take before we can consistently use the internet?

Usually it is rapid,  but if this morning was working it can be due to the weather conditions for the lost internet connection.

Probably the device that it will  cover your zone, it does not have electricity.
 
For the "Activation is pending" can be a browser problem, you can try to change it or empty the cache.

Normally IT Will work shorthly

Should be instant, or a few hours until it's stable. Worked for me when I first had it installed. Maybe the weather conditions today are fluctuating it
