Internet down?

Fizz app shows there are no service interruptions, however I have no interest in Greenfield Park, Montreal South Shore. Verified payment etc all good, no service. Anyone else?

Probably it is due to the weather situation, you can try to reboot the modem, but I really believe that it is linked with the weather.

Can be a power line problem or a videotron cable.

Communicate with them by messenger, that’s what works best for me.

I’m good in NDG in Montreal. It’s probably due to the weather though, I guess they will be a few local outages

All good, came back online an hour later. Heard from neighbours that their service (Videotron) was down too. Seeing it's the same line (Videotron & Fizz) it makes sense.
