is it possible for Fizz to unmask a no caller ID number that called me two weeks ago?

I received a phone call from a no caller ID two weeks ago and it's the first time I do. That's why, I want to find out who exactly it is and I want to know if I can get assistance from a customer service agent to unmask this number. I also would like to know if it's still possible to unmask it whether or not it's a local call. Thank you!

    I don't think that Fizz would give you this information, or even if they have this information. If a crime was committed and you contact the police they may be able to.
