    Open a session online and access to your account
    Then, type this adress: https://fizz.ca/en/solutions
    Wait until you see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
    When you see it. click on it.
    Your chat session with them is on.

    If you have time, the best way is by chat because they respond more quickly. If you don't, facebook messenger is best because you just write to them there and you don't need to wait around.

    You can chat with them on the Fizz website or search Fizz on Messenger and chat with them there.
