Monthly bill print - invoice details are empty

There are no details on the monthly invoice when printed. I need it for Revenue Quebec and CRA.
I had the same issue in Dec-2019, it got fixed, and now in Jan-2020 the same problem.
When Fizz is planning to correct this?
