Possible to block a phone numbers from calling us?

I get a spam call almost everyday.
I blocked the number on my phone, however, it goes directly into my voicemail and I am tired having to go every day into my voicemail to delete it.
Anyone got a solution?
Can we block someone from letting a us a message?

I am not shure it is useful but it seem there is nothing to do to stop those spam other then what you already did.9 -
