Why does my account say i have no data and no minutes left? My month just started over. I also just transferred my wife over to Fizz and it says she has nothing left

Try to change the browser, I got a problem 5 min ago.
And when was working it takes 1 minutes to show the information. I belive that they have some congestion.

If this does not solve, check the transactions history the last payment

Edited: I got 0 too now, they have a problem showing the information give them some time, it is only a display issue

I’m having the same problem on my Safari browser on my iPhone

No, this is not the same thing as the typical browser cache issue.
We have tried on 4 browsers and on mobile browsers.
With and without private/incognito.
Other members are having the same issue.
This time, the issue is their servers.
I'm sure they will take care of it
